L'ART
POUR L'ART has enlarged its range of performance style through the fusion of
music juxtaposed with visual elements.This is achieved by working with actors,
singers and theater directors and by means of instrumental theater where the
musician is also the actor, up to real visual music where the visual elements
are treated like music.
L'ART POUR L'ART has presented world and German premiers of the following composers
(a selection): Georges Aperghis, Carola Bauckholt, Vinko Globokar, Wolfgang
Heisig, Hans-Joachim Hespos, Mauricio Kagel, Matthias Kaul, Michael Schröder,Uwe
Rasch, Frederic Rzewski, Manos Tsangaris, Caspar Johannes Walter, Trevor Wishart,
Thomas Witzmann.
